1. 白菜湯


材料:白菜250克。


做法:先將白菜洗乾淨切碎,倒入滾水入面,煮半小時,調入少少香油同食鹽,就搞定啦。



2. 粟米蓮藕湯


材料:蓮藕1節,甜粟米1條,糯粟米1條,適量的枸杞、鹽和豉油。


做法:蓮藕切塊,粟米切段;藕塊和玉米段一起放入砂鍋,加約食材三倍的水,之後大火煮開,後改小火慢燉。等藕塊綿糯的時候,加入鹽、豉油和枸杞稍燉半小時即可。



3. 冰糖雪耳湯


材料:雪耳50克,冰糖40克。


做法:用溫水浸泡雪耳,整乾淨之後放入碗內,擺落鑊蒸10分鐘。將冰糖溶化後備用。將沸水倒入湯鍋中,加入雪耳、冰糖水,先用大火煮30分鐘,再改細火煮20分鐘,直到雪耳熟爛,就完成啦。



4. 鯽魚百合湯


材料:鯽魚1條,百合100克。冰糖、料酒適量。


做法:鯽魚去鱗、鰓及內臟,之後洗乾淨;鍋中加食材三倍水,放魚落去大火煮開,加入料酒、百合,再用小火慢燉1.5小時,加入少許冰糖燉化即可。



5. 淮山冬瓜湯


材料:淮山50克,冬瓜150克。


做法:淮山、冬瓜置鍋中,落食材3倍水,慢火煲一小時,調味後即可食用。



6. 蘿蔔蜂蜜湯


材料:白蘿蔔1個,蜂蜜100克。


做法:將蘿蔔洗淨,挖空中心,放入蜂蜜,放在碗內,加食材兩倍水,蒸20分鐘。吃蘿蔔喝湯,每日二次。
